My Wellness Journey

After years of childhood abuse I set out on a journey, not knowing where I was heading, to "free" myself. This journey took me on a long hiatus to Spain, years in therapy, acting school, plant medicines, and yoga teacher training in India. I realised, throughout all of these journeys, I was trying to free my inner-self, my authentic, creative expressive-self that had once been so horribly oppressed. The journey is not complete, but I am finally open, present and enjoying it.
